A workshop to help you conduct professional Reiki treatment sessions within existing regulations and to National Occupational Standards.
You will take part in discussions and guidance around the following:
- Role of the Practitioner, professionalism, and managing boundaries
- Client booking, pre-appointment requirements and setting expectations
- Initial consultation, informed consent, permissions and aftercare
- Advertising claims, approved wording to describe Reiki to the public
- Record keeping and Key requirements you need to understand
This workshop is NOT compulsory for Reiki practitioners in the UK. It is designed to help you work in a professional manner with awareness of existing national standards and regulations
At the end of the workshop, JRUKA will record your attendance and issue an attendance certificate. So, if in the future you wish you join the JRUKA Verified Practitioner Programme you will have met the workshop requirement.
Please bring a notebook with writing materials and a packed lunch for the day. Tea and Coffee with biscuits will be provided for breaks.
