Five years ago I had three sessions of colour healing with Sarah Worboys as one of her case studies. These were all followed by an hour's Reiki to treat my sleep apnoea from which I had suffered for several years, using a CPAP machine at night. Following these sessions I have remained free of sleep apnoea, much to the surprise of my doctor. Thank you, Sarah, for making my life so much better.

I have been going regularly for several months to see Sarah. I love the place which is quiet and in the heart of Suffolk countryside. Sarah has been so supportive and a good listener with the Reiki being gentle and intrusive. Over time I have lost weight and seeing a gradual reduction in my medications. In 2002 I became ill and after a few tests I find out what was wrong I was informed it was Stress/depression, then I was put onto medication. My Mother started to have Reiki in 2007 and when I came to visit her I would go too. It did a lot of good for my mother. So when I moved up here and got settled I begin to have Reiki on a regular bases with the same lady that mum had, now after a year I fill less stress and able to do more things - less tied, sleep better at night. I have more confidence in doing things also I was able to get a seasonal job. Now the new year has started I am looking for another job and hope to decrease my medication, again.

Reiki I Course. I practice on myself everyday and have done Reiki on my husband, children, my hen, my mother in law, sending Reiki to my father and a couple of friends with health hiccups, to the place where I live and also in person to a another friend. Every time has been different, this last friend in particular I felt as if lots of love were flowing in for her. I have had feelings of tingling, pulsing, warmth, cold or just nothing. I have had knowings just coming to me, connections made. I feel greatly supported and held by this universal loving energy. Thank you very much for introducing me into the practice. With this experience I like to say yes! to another course in order to become a Reiki practicioner.

Standing looking at our three alpacas this morning I was just filled with gratitude for all you did for Fergus and all of us. I was told yesterday that, because alpacas are used to having to breathe at high altitudes and can therefore manage on very little oxygen, once you see breathing problems, it’s usually too late to save them.

I enrolled in Sarah's Level 1 Jikiden Reiki class in March of 2019. I had no idea what to expect. All I knew was I loved Sarah's energy and I wanted to learn what she knew. The class weekend flew by. I went in to learn how to be a reiki healer and I left being the one that ended up healed. Sarah is the most down to earth teacher I've ever met. She's knowledgeable and most respectful of this sacred healing practise. She was accepting and patient of any questions we had. She created a beautiful open space for us to practise and even kept in touch with us after the class to answer any questions we had as we applied what we had learned in the real world. She made sure we left confident and respectful in our knowledge of Reiki as well. I loved it so much that I enrolled in her Level 2 course this past autumn and I hope to continue my studies in Reiki and follow in the footsteps of Master Sarah. Sarah is a wonderful teacher, mentor, and friend. I'm proud to call her my Reiki Master.

Fergus, our black alpaca was diagnosed with severe pneumonia in January 2019 after he was found gasping for breath in the alpaca shelter one evening. Alpacas are typical prey animals in that they hide any illness for as long as possible so by the time they show symptoms, they will be seriously ill. In addition, alpacas are bred for high altitudes and can survive on very little oxygen so if an alpaca is gasping for breath (and mouth breathing), it means they have a small chance of survival - which is what we were told by the vet. He was put on a heavy dose of antibiotics and given anti-inflammatories which calmed his breathing for a time. However, alpacas are very sensitive to anti-inflammatories which can cause ulcers and death so when, shortly after this, he began to struggle to breathe again, we were advised not to give him any more. It was heartbreaking to watch our alpaca fighting to breathe and, having already met Sarah at a craft fair, I asked for her help. Alpacas are very anxious animals and, having already had a lot of stress with the vets, it was only because I had experienced Sarah's calm and quiet manner, that I felt she would be able to be with him. Once Sarah went into the shelter with Fergus, he allowed her to touch his back (something he normally did not like) and spend time soothing him which was a great comfort both to him and to me. Although he started to get better from this point, he still had frequent relapses and Sarah was happy to visit him on a number of other occasions, but also gave (and gives him still) distance healing. Fergus is still with us two years later and I have no doubt that Sarah's healing made this possible when there was nothing more that the vets could offer us.
